Booking Terms and Conditions

Version 1.0 · Effective from 15 October 2026

1. Parties and scope

1.1 These Booking Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern every booking of the COMM CAMP masterclass (the "Masterclass") made through the COMM CAMP booking page or otherwise accepted by the Provider.

1.2 Provider: MReport OÜ, registration No. 17383034, VAT No. EE102977633, registered address Pärnu mnt. 105, 11312 Tallinn, Estonia (the "Provider"). The Masterclass is led by Chris Peterson (the "Trainer") on behalf of the Provider.

1.3 Client: the legal entity named in the booking form (the "Client"). The Masterclass is offered to businesses and organisations only. By completing a booking, the person submitting the booking form confirms that they are authorised to bind the Client to these Terms.

1.4 These Terms, together with the booking confirmation and any written proposal issued by the Provider, form the entire agreement between the parties (the "Agreement"). The Client's own terms of purchase do not apply unless the Provider expressly accepts them in writing.

2. Booking and formation of the Agreement

2.1 The Client selects an available start date on the booking page. Each Masterclass runs over three consecutive days, Wednesday to Friday, from 10:30 to 17:30 local time on each day (the "Booked Dates").

2.2 The Agreement is formed when the Client (a) submits the completed booking form, (b) accepts these Terms by ticking the acceptance box, and (c) pays the Booking Fee in full. Until all three steps are complete, the Booked Dates are not reserved.

2.3 The Provider will send a written booking confirmation to the e-mail address given in the booking form. The Provider may refuse a booking for any lawful reason, in which case any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

3. Services

3.1 The Masterclass includes: 18 hours of training over the Booked Dates for up to eight (8) participants; homework assignments reviewed during the Masterclass; lunch and snacks on each day; printed workbook and handouts; three (3) months of online support from the last Booked Date; eight (8) annual SlideTree™ software licences; and access to the COMM CAMP online video content without time limit, for as long as the Provider makes the video library available.

3.2 The Provider may adjust the programme, order of modules and teaching methods, provided that the overall scope and quality of the Masterclass are not materially reduced.

3.3 The Masterclass takes place at the Client's premises unless agreed otherwise in writing. The Client shall provide a suitable room for the group, a projector or screen, a stable internet connection and access to power for all participants.

4. Fees

4.1 Masterclass Fee: EUR 10,000 for a group of up to eight (8) participants.

4.2 Booking Fee: EUR 5,000, payable at the time of booking. The Booking Fee is credited against the Masterclass Fee, so the balance payable after the Masterclass is EUR 5,000 plus any additional fees under clauses 4.3–4.6.

4.3 Additional participants: EUR 2,500 per participant above eight (8). The maximum group size is twelve (12) participants.

4.4 C-level briefing (optional): EUR 1,500 for a one-hour briefing for the Client's senior executives, usually held on the last Booked Date.

4.5 Additional SlideTree™ licences: 20% discount on the Provider's standard licence price at the time of purchase.

4.6 Travel and accommodation: the Client shall bear the reasonable travel and accommodation costs of the Trainer and any assistant. The Provider will agree the arrangements with the Client in advance and invoice actual costs, or the Client may book them directly.

4.7 All prices are in euros and exclude value added tax (VAT), which will be charged in accordance with applicable law. Where the reverse-charge mechanism applies, the Client shall provide a valid VAT number.

5. Payment

5.1 The Booking Fee is paid online by card or other method offered on the booking page. The Provider will issue a VAT invoice for the payment.

5.2 The remaining Masterclass Fee, fees for additional participants and services, and travel and accommodation costs are invoiced after the last Booked Date and are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

5.3 If the Client fails to pay any amount when due, the Provider may charge late-payment interest and recovery compensation at the rates provided by Estonian law for commercial transactions, and may suspend online support and software licences until payment is received.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling by the Client

6.1 The Client may cancel a booking by written notice (e-mail is sufficient) to chris@commcamp.com.

6.2 If the Client cancels at least thirty (30) days before the first Booked Date, the Provider will refund 50% of the Booking Fee. The remaining 50% is retained as compensation for reserving the dates.

6.3 If the Client cancels less than thirty (30) days before the first Booked Date, or fails to attend, the Booking Fee is not refunded.

6.4 Rescheduling. The Client may move the Masterclass to any other start date that is available on the booking page, by written notice to chris@commcamp.com.

(a) If the notice is received at least thirty (30) days before the first Booked Date, the Booking Fee already paid is transferred to the new dates and no additional Booking Fee is payable.

(b) If the notice is received less than thirty (30) days before the first Booked Date, the change is treated as a cancellation under clause 6.3 and a new booking. The Booking Fee already paid is not refunded or transferred, and the Client must pay a new Booking Fee in full to reserve the new dates.

(c) Clauses 6.2 and 6.3 apply to the new dates in the same way as to the original Booked Dates.

6.5 The Client may replace a registered participant with another employee at any time without charge.

7. Cancellation by the Provider

7.1 If the Trainer is unable to deliver the Masterclass because of illness or other circumstances beyond the Provider's reasonable control, the Provider will notify the Client as soon as possible and offer new dates. If no suitable dates can be agreed, the Provider will refund all amounts paid by the Client for the Masterclass.

7.2 The refund under clause 7.1 is the Client's sole remedy for cancellation by the Provider. The Provider is not liable for any travel, venue or other costs incurred by the Client.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 All materials provided before, during or after the Masterclass, including workbooks, slides, video content, methods and templates, remain the property of the Provider or its licensors.

8.2 The Client and its participants receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for internal business purposes. The materials may not be resold, published, shared with third parties or used to deliver training to others without the Provider's prior written consent.

8.3 SlideTree™ software licences are subject to the SlideTree licence terms in force at the time of activation.

8.4 The Client may not record the Masterclass in audio or video without the Provider's prior written consent.

8.5 Presentations and other work created by participants during the Masterclass belong to the Client. The Provider may use anonymised examples for teaching purposes only with the Client's prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 Each party shall keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the Masterclass and shall use it only for the purposes of the Agreement. This obligation continues for three (3) years after the last Booked Date.

9.2 The obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known to the receiving party, or required to be disclosed by law.

10. Personal data

10.1 The Provider processes the personal data of the Client's contact persons and participants as a controller, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable Estonian law, to manage the booking, deliver the Masterclass, issue invoices and provide online support.

10.2 Bookings and payments are processed through third-party service providers (currently Calendly and Stripe), which act under their own terms and data protection policies.

10.3 Further information is set out in the Provider's privacy policy at www.commcamp.com/privacy.html.

11. Liability

11.1 The Provider shall deliver the Masterclass with reasonable skill and care. The Provider does not guarantee any specific business result from the Masterclass.

11.2 The Provider's total liability under the Agreement is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the Masterclass concerned.

11.3 The Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, government restrictions or failure of public infrastructure. The affected party shall notify the other without delay. If the event prevents the Masterclass for more than sixty (60) days, either party may terminate the booking, and the Provider shall refund any amounts paid for services not yet delivered.

13. Changes to these Terms

The Provider may update these Terms from time to time. The version accepted by the Client at the time of booking applies to that booking.

14. Governing law and disputes

14.1 These Terms and the Agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

14.2 The parties shall first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations. If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, Estonia.
